Short answer
Raya reviews applications before admitting members and asks members not to share others' profiles. That screening reduces fakes but is not a background check. Verify matches the usual way, and respect Raya's privacy rules.
How Raya works
- Membership is by application, reviewed before acceptance, with a paid subscription.
- Raya's rules prohibit sharing other members' profiles and screenshots; breaking them can get you removed.
- No public profiles.
Check your match before you meet
Private search. Nobody is notified.
Safety still applies
Being accepted to Raya does not confirm someone's name, history or intentions. Do a video call, confirm their name against a public profile, and meet in public. Never send money.
Can you check if someone is on Raya?
There is no legitimate way to search Raya for a specific person or to see whether someone is active. Apps do not publish member lists or "last active" data, and services claiming to show it are misleading or break the app's rules. What you can do: check publicly indexed photos and usernames, and ask directly. See is he still on dating apps?
Know who you are dealing with
Search a name, phone number or email to see public profiles and records.
