Phone validation for Five9
Five9 is a cloud contact center platform with outbound dialing. TrueSearch does not have a native Five9 app. You can check the phone numbers you work with in Five9, using CSV export and import. Every number comes back marked valid or dead, mobile, landline or VoIP, with carrier.
Option 1: CSV export and import (no code)
- Export the contacts, leads or list you want to check from Five9 as a CSV file (if your account role allows exporting).
- Upload the file to TrueSearch. CSV and Excel both work, and the phone column is found automatically.
- Download the clean file. Every row gets valid, line_type and carrier columns, so you can filter out dead, landline or VoIP numbers.
- Import the clean file back into Five9, or use it to update or tag the records you checked, the same way you normally import a list.
Results come back in about 30 seconds per 1,000 numbers.

Questions
Is there a native TrueSearch app for Five9?
No. TrueSearch does not have a native Five9 app and is not affiliated with Five9. You connect them yourself with CSV export and import, as described on this page.
What comes back for each number?
Whether the number is valid, its line type (mobile, landline, VoIP or toll-free), its carrier, and keep: true when the number is valid and mobile. Rows that are not kept include the reason, such as landline, voip or invalid.
Does TrueSearch check Do Not Call or litigator lists?
No, not yet. Run DNC and litigator checks separately where they apply to your calls and texts.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The Starter plan has a 7-day free trial that covers 250 numbers. After the trial it is $97/month for 5,000 numbers, cancel anytime. A one-off list is $20 per 1,000 numbers.
